ORITA Research Axis

The ORITA Research Area focuses on the dynamics of organization and responsibility that emerge around work, viewed not only as the formation of a collective but also as an activity experienced and shaped by individuals and teams. It analyzes the use of management tools and their effects on everyday practices, linking the individual, organizational, and interorganizational levels. Particular attention is paid to collectives and teams, viewed as spaces where creativity, innovation, and learning processes unfold.
