Chair in Organizational Innovation in Health (INOS)

The Chair in Organizational Innovations in Health (INOS) is a partnership with Grenoble IAE. Against a backdrop of transition and transformation in health care organizations and public health, institutions are strongly encouraging innovation. The chair’s mission is to gain a better understanding of these innovation initiatives, assess their added value, their degree of irreversibility, and their reproducibility, and to facilitate their design and implementation.

The chair focuses on two main areas of organizational innovation in healthcare—though it is not limited to them—namely, the evolution of professional practices and new modes of coordination, within three areas of focus:

The INOS Chair is a space for collaborative work and cross-fertilization that brings together stakeholders from research, education, and health organizations interested in innovations in the sector. Furthermore, the INOS Chair is committed to deepeningthe connection between organizational innovations in healthcare and human resources management practices, among other things, through its integration into the training of healthcare managers (healthcare executives).
