For Libra Chair

In light of the profound changes that businesses and society are undergoing, the For Libra Chair aims to actively contribute to the transformation of economic and organizational models. Led by the Grenoble INP Foundation and supported by the Fortil Endowment Fund, it combines academic research with practical action to design sustainable, people-centered, and regenerative solutions. Backed by Grenoble IAE–INP, UGA, and the CERAG laboratory, the chair brings together a multidisciplinary team to support the necessary transitions in the fields of management, service innovation, and organizational governance. Its ambition is to promote strong sustainability, in line with planetary boundaries, and to strengthen the capacity for action among economic actors through innovative human capital management.

• Strong sustainability: exploring new economic paradigms through innovative service models and regenerative design approaches.
• Human Capital and Management: Developing managerial practices focused on engagement, entrepreneurship, and social responsibility.
• Transition and Organizational Innovation: Collaborative experiments with partner companies to test, document, and disseminate more resilient organizational models.
• Training through research: leveraging action research and involving undergraduate and graduate students in the chair’s projects.
