My research focuses on how individuals and organizations work and collaborate across cultural, linguistic, and other boundaries. Specifically, my research relates to four areas:

• Virtual international teamwork and collaboration,
• Diversity, equity, and inclusion,
• Responsibility in management and organizing to address Grand Challenges,
• Individual and collaborative learning, particularly through serious games.
