Elite: The Serious Game

This game puts you in the role of a coordinator of a team of eight people located around the world, tasked with organizing an event around the launch of a product in Thailand.

This game will help you adapt to the new challenges of remote work, especially with highly diverse groups. The game interface replicates teamwork through email exchanges, chat messages, and audio and video calls with people from different countries and cultures. By completing tasks, you'll learn to manage an international team through experience and hands-on practice. Throughout the game, you'll also receive regular practical tips to help you better coordinate your team. At the end of the game, you'll receive more detailed insights into how your communication practices and strategies fit into this type of team.
