Supply Chain Management and Information Systems

I have taught at various academic institutions (École des Mines d’Ales, IUT-Lyon, IUT-Blois, Grenoble IAE, University of Indonesia)
, Associate Professor : Grenoble IAE (2010–2019)
Since 2010, I have been teaching continuing education and work-study students in bachelor’s and master’s programs at Grenoble IAE. The subjects I teach primarily include supply chain management, logistics, strategic management, and data management. I also supervise work-study students in the various programs offered by the IAE. My teaching abroad focuses on supply chain management and is aimed at MBA students at the University of Indonesia.
Assistant Professor : IUTB Lyon 1 and IUT de Blois (2003–2005)
I taught as an assistant professor (ATER) in computer science at IUT B (University of Lyon 1) and at the IUT de Blois (University of Tours). The subjects taught included algorithms, the C programming language, industrial computing, and databases.
Adjunct Instructor : École des Mines d’Alès (2000–2002)
My teaching as a part-time instructor at the École des Mines d'Alès was directed toward engineering students in the form of supervised projects on the following topics: production systems management, negotiation and decision-making strategies, game theory, online auctions, collective intelligence, and distributed artificial intelligence.

  • 2003: Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering, École des Mines d'Alès / University of Savoie Mont Blanc.
  • 1999: Master 2 in Computer Science (DEA), Louis Pasteur University, Strasbourg

Research topics: Shared warehouse management, Consumer integration into the supply chain, Predictive analytics in the supply chain, Internet of Things, Agent-based negotiation protocols, Blockchain.

Supervision of two doctoral dissertations:

  • Co-supervised a dissertation by Mourad Makaci, “The Management of Shared Warehouses and Their Impacts on Supply Chains.” ARC7 Project. Defended in July 2018.
  • Supervision of a dissertation by Morteza Alaeddini titled “Designing a Multi-Agent System for Trading in an Open Interbank Money Market Equipped with a Blockchain-Based Decentralized Securities Depository.” 2019–2022.
