The Innovation Thematic Group (GT INNO) of the International Association for Strategic Management (AIMS) is organizing its 16th annual conference on September 17 and 18, 2026, in Grenoble.

This edition is part of an in-depth exploration of the technological and digital transformations that are redefining the processes of creativity and innovation within organizations, particularly driven by generative artificial intelligence, collaborative platforms, and digital twins.

These technologies are reshaping the cognitive, social, and organizational dynamics of innovation, raising questions about human–machine co-creation, new forms of innovation ecosystems, and the associated ethical issues. This conference therefore aims to provide a space for open scientific dialogue, fostering the exchange of theoretical and empirical approaches to these transformations.
