Resume

As a Senior Lecturer (HDR) at J. Monnet University in Saint-Étienne (2002–2023) and subsequently at Grenoble-INP, I teach courses in strategic management, organizational theory, entrepreneurship, creativity, and qualitative methodology. As the founder of the Master’s program in Prospective Design and a design project manager at UJM for 10 years, I also served as deputy director of the Fabrique de l’Innovation at UDL (University of Lyon) for 4 years (2016–20). I earned a Ph.D. in management sciences in 2000 from the University of Grenoble 2 on “The Role of the Physical Environment in the Strategy of Service-Sector SMEs,” followed by a HDR (Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches) on “Organizational Creativity: Actors, Dynamics, and Perspectives” at UJM in December 2018. My research focuses primarily on the management of new organizational forms, creative and cultural organizations (particularly collective intelligence), CSR as it relates to tangible and intangible commons, and the challenges of interdisciplinarity.
