Estelle Bois Farinaud is a Ph.D. candidate in management sciences and organizational theory at theUniversité Grenoble Alpes , France. She is interested in gender equality in the workplace, with a particular focus on interventions related to gender-based and sexual violence in the workplace. Her dissertation aims to analyze the impact of serious games on learning and behavior using experimental methods.
