DESIRE4EU: Making PCBs Green

International Contract

Design printed circuit boards that are engineered from the outset for optimal recyclability in order to reduce their environmental impact.

The goal of the European DESIRE4EU project, carried out under the European Innovation Council (EIC), is to design electronic circuit boards that are engineered from the outset for optimal recycling, in order to reduce their environmental impact. This is achieved by replacing traditionally used materials with bio-based products, while maintaining the same industrial processes.
