BEDBUGS?

In an effort to develop a new, more environmentally friendly approach to nutrition while safeguarding the health of the entire population, the CPD PUNAISES? aims tosupport and study the consumption of insects in our societies through an ambitious translational project ranging from in silico molecular screening to consumer studies and public policy regarding these products.

The process is as follows:

The CDP consists of 4 Work Packages (WP). CERAG members are working on two of these WPs:

• WP 2, co-led by Agnès Helme-Guizon: "How to Change Consumer Perceptions and Behaviors."
• WP 4, led by Sophie Pasini, focuses on the connection between research, education, and the dissemination of research. It led to the creation of a traveling exhibition, I Days, dedicated to entomophagy.
