A Study of the Impact of Recruitment Chatbots on Recruiters and Candidates.
Against the backdrop of the widespread adoption of recruitment tools that utilize artificial intelligence (AI), many organizations are adopting—or planning to adopt—recruitment chatbots. Our project aims to study their impact on different categories of individuals who interact with AI-integrated tools, using a mixed-methods approach that combines qualitative and quantitative data analysis:
- first parties (in our project, recruiters), that is, individuals who work with or use AI tools dedicated to recruitment to make decisions that affect other individuals.
- second parties (in our project, candidates), that is, individuals who live, work, and are directly affected by AI tools dedicated to recruitment.
