SLAC: The Card Game!

Objectives

As the game progresses, discussions naturally take shape. Players share their perceptions, compare their perspectives, and highlight the constraints they face, as well as the resources they can draw upon. This process fosters a collective understanding that is often richer and more nuanced than individual analyses.

The game then becomes a valuable tool for discussing work, creating a space where ideas flow more freely. It helps teams articulate realities that are sometimes implicit, understand one another better, and work together to build a shared vision of their situation.

By facilitating this discussion, SLAC Le Jeu goes beyond simply providing an assessment: it sets a process in motion, bringing concrete ideas for improvement to the surface and empowering workers to take action on their working conditions.

Game Contents

The game consists of a deck of 78 tarot-style cards, to which a board can be attached for laying out the selected cards as the game progresses.

It is divided into 6 subsets:

• Cards that explain the game’s concepts, the rules of the game, the selected well-being model
  , the partners who supported the game’s development, the illustrator, etc.
  (cards with light blue backs);
• Cards that allow you to vote at each stage (cards with beige backs);
• Cards that describe the principles of well-being, constraints, and resources
  (cards with pink, orange, and purple backs)
• Cards that help you assess your level of well-being (cards with gray backs).
• The cards and tokens used to keep track of each player's score are st
  in a cloth bag.
