La Valentinoise 2024

La Valentinoise is an annual gathering for HR professionals and researchers in the Southeast region of France. It's a day of work and discussion between professionals, practitioners, and researchers on HR topics. The event always begins with a site or company visit in the morning, followed by a meeting with managers to share perspectives on the day's theme. After a group lunch, the afternoon is dedicated to a research workshop, to which the morning's professionals are invited, featuring presentations related to the morning's themes.

Many very different structures have welcomed the Valentinoise: Valence mail sorting center, Solystic (mail sorting machines, there has been a continuity...), Valrhôna, La ferme des Amanins (a SCOP), Pâtisserie Pasquier, Groupe Archer, and many others!

The 2024 edition marks the return of this event after several years' hiatus with a visit, on May 17th, to the Le Campus eco-site in Eurre, near Crest!

Morning: Presentation of the project "Working and living well in the Val de Drôme: businesses get involved" : genesis, current status, researchers' viewpoint on the approach, discussion. Then a site visit.

Presentation of ongoing research on the ecological transition in companies - Sabine Reydet (CERAG) and Gildas Barbot (CERAG)

Presentation of an article to be published in the journal @GRH: "The allocentric component of well-being at work for secondary school teachers in France" - Christophe Bonnet (doctoral student in the final stages of his thesis, CERAG) and Jean-Yves Juban (CERAG)
