IRS 2019 ASAGRESE

Employee stock ownership allows employees to become involved in the life of their company. It has experienced considerable growth over the past few decades. France serves as a model in this area. Although the results of recent academic studies are sometimes mixed, they highlight certain benefits associated with employee stock ownership. The objective of the ASAGRESE project is therefore to address the following question: How do employee shareholders influence performance in the area of corporate social and environmental responsibility (CSR)? To answer this question, a quantitative and qualitative empirical approach is adopted.

Two researchers are leading the project: Florence Depoers (University of Nanterre) and Tiphaine Jérôme (Université Grenoble Alpes).
