IRS 2018 C2CO-IC

The C2O-CI project aims to identify and analyze the specific configurations of resources, practices, processes, and factors that support the creative capacities of organizations in the creative industries in order to answer the question: What are the organizational determinants of creativity in organizations in the creative industries? Furthermore, this project contributes to advancing theories of innovation, gaining a better understanding of the conditions for innovation within organizations, and identifying the factors that support this innovation beyond knowledge creation and research and development.
